Who I am:

I am Melanie Schroeder.  I have 20 years of business experience in the areas of accounting, creating and implementing systems, coaching, consulting, tax planning, business development and marketing.  I managed a successful public accounting practice as well as helped many business owners manage and grow their own businesses.

What I do:

I know that some of you have a dream.  My favourite quote is by Joel Barker, “Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.”.

I also know that no one (me included!) can achieve their dreams alone.  We all have our own unique brilliance and are meant to create communities and support teams that can all work together in bringing our vision to a reality.

I help you identify your unique brilliance and translate that into the work that can only be done by you and the work that needs to be done by your team.

If you are just starting out, you might not have a team yet.  I can provide you with a ready made team.  Some of the more common functions I provide are website development and updates, newsletters, email marketing, social media marketing, video marketing, shopping cart maintenance, email administration, development of marketing materials and document formatting.  As an Online Business Manager it is my job to make sure that your business moves forward in a joyful, easy and profitable way.

If you already have a team of online professionals you need someone to help you manage them all. When you can coordinate with one person instead of 2, 3 or more your time is free to create more income in your business.

Why I do it:

I have a vision.  That vision is that everyone in the world who has a dream makes that dream happen!  What would the world be like if everyone lived their purpose and their passion?  That is a question I often ask myself.
